All EB Power Gensets are in accordance with Standards of ISO9000 and other relevant standards.Each Genset is strictly tested by 0%、25%、50%、75%、100%、110% loading.Whenever what kinds of defects happens during assembling& testing,we must solve it,then alllow gensets leave for shipment.

A Guarantee of 12month and 1000 running hours from date of shipment,accord to whichever reach first.During the guarantee period, we will provide the free easy-damaged spare-parts for problems caused by our quality of production or raw material,Warranty will be invalid if the damageable spare parts of gensets caused by customer’s incorrect man- made operation.
